Hi this is Mrs. Raspudic and Mrs. Oler….

We hope you are all doing well.  We can’t believe it has been ten weeks since the announcement of schools closing. We are in awe as to what has been accomplished during this time. We are so proud of achieving 93% participation in distance learning on a weekly basis. Thank you to our teachers for their amazing work in preparing lessons, supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally, and making school as normal as possible under the current circumstances.  Thank you to our students and families for working hard, persevering, and doing their best. Thank you to our amazing food service workers for packing, delivering, and distributing meals to our families. Thank you to Ms.Ana, the assistant principals from King High School, Ms.Tran from the district office for also supporting with meal distribution, work packets, and school supplies. Thank you to our support staff for all you have been doing behind the scenes to support our school.  And lastly, thank you to our PTA for continuing to support our staff, students and community through weekly challenges, spirit days, celebrating LME staff, and showing support via messages, communication and banners. We know everyone is eager to come back to school and wants to know what next year will look like. Our district is working with Riverside County Office of Education and our surrounding school districts and will be releasing a plan in the coming weeks.  In the, we wish you all a wonderful summer.  We hope you are able to relax and enjoy quality time with family.  We look forward to starting our new school year!
